How bookings work
Understand the full booking lifecycle from request to completion.
The booking lifecycle
A booking goes through several stages: Pending → Accepted → Paid → In Progress → Proof Submitted → Completed. At each stage, both the buyer and seller have specific actions available to them.
For buyers
After submitting a booking request, the seller has time to review and accept or reject it. Once accepted, you'll receive a payment link. After payment, the campaign begins. The seller will submit proof of delivery, and you'll have the option to approve or dispute.
For sellers
When you receive a booking request, review the campaign details carefully. Accept bookings you can deliver on, and reject those that don't fit your brand. After the buyer pays, deliver the campaign and submit proof through the platform.
Booking statuses explained
"Pending" means waiting for seller response. "Accepted" means the seller approved your request. "Confirmed" means payment was received. "Completed" means the campaign was delivered and approved. "Disputed" means the buyer raised a concern.
