How do booking reviews work?

When can I leave a review?
After a booking is completed (payment released), both the buyer and seller receive a review invitation with a unique token. You have 30 days to submit your review.
The review process
Click the review link in your email or navigate to the booking page. Rate the experience from 1-5 stars and write a short description. Both reviews are published simultaneously to prevent bias.
Review guidelines
Be honest, constructive, and specific. Focus on the actual experience — communication, delivery quality, and professionalism. Avoid personal attacks, off-topic content, or misleading statements.
