Instagram Data Deletion Instructions – ThemePages.ai

In accordance with Meta / Instagram Platform Policies, you can request the deletion of any data that our application ThemePages.aihas received from your Instagram account.

What data we store

When you connect your Instagram account to ThemePages.ai, we may store:

• Your Instagram User ID
• Your public profile information (username, profile picture, biography)
• Basic account metadata (e.g. follower count, media count)
• Performance data related to campaigns you run through ThemePages.ai (e.g. impressions, clicks, engagement)

We do not store your Instagram password and we do not have access to any private messages.

How to request data deletion

If you want us to delete all Instagram-related data connected to your account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@themepages.ai with the subject line: "Instagram Data Deletion Request".
2. In the email, include:
   • Your full name
   • Your Instagram username (@username)
   • The email address you used inside ThemePages.ai
3. Optionally, you can also request:
   • Deletion of your entire ThemePages.ai account
   • Export of your data before deletion

What happens after your request

• We will verify that you are the owner of the Instagram account and the ThemePages.ai account.
• Once verified, we will delete all Instagram-related data associated with your account from our databases.
• After completion, we will confirm the deletion via email.
• Under normal circumstances, deletion is completed within 30 days.

Automatic deletion

In addition to manual requests, your Instagram-related data may also be deleted automatically when:

• You disconnect ThemePages.ai from your Instagram account in the Instagram settings.
• You delete your ThemePages.ai account and explicitly confirm that all related data should be removed.
