Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund at any time before the Creator accepts the booking.

2. After Creator Acceptance

Once the Creator accepts your booking, cancellations depend on the stage of production. Before the Creator begins work: 100% refund. During active production: partial refund at ThemePages' discretion, accounting for Creator time invested. After content delivery: no refund; the review and dispute process applies instead.

3. Creator Non-Delivery

If the Creator fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Escrow funds will be released back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Content Rejection

If you reject the delivered content, you must provide specific feedback. The Creator will have one opportunity to revise. If the revision is also rejected, you may escalate to ThemePages Support for dispute review.

5. Creator Cancellations

If a Creator cancels after accepting a booking, you will receive a 100% refund and may be eligible for credit toward a future booking.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before attempting dispute resolution through ThemePages Support may result in account restrictions. We encourage all Buyers to contact support@themepages.ai first.
