Account data (email, phone, username), profile data you choose to share, booking metadata, payment data processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), and usage analytics to improve the product.
We use your data to operate ThemePages: match Buyers with Creators, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data and do not share it for third-party advertising.
When you book a Creator, relevant booking information (your message, delivery instructions, public profile details) is shared with the Creator to fulfill the booking. Payment card details are never shared.
Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe under Stripe's Privacy Policy. ThemePages stores only anonymized payment metadata (transaction IDs, amounts, timestamps).
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Booking history is retained for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of personal identifiers at any time via support@themepages.ai, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@themepages.ai.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and regularly audit our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.

We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
