By booking a campaign on ThemePages, you enter into a binding agreement with the selected creator ("Creator") to produce and deliver the content described in your booking within the specified timeframe.
All payments are processed through Stripe and held in escrow by ThemePages. Funds are released to the Creator only after you approve the delivered content, or the review window expires without action.
You are responsible for providing clear creative direction in your booking message. Scope changes requested after a Creator accepts the booking may require additional fees mutually agreed between you and the Creator.
ThemePages acts as a marketplace facilitator between Buyers and Creators. ThemePages does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or performance of Creator-produced content, but provides escrow, dispute resolution, and platform infrastructure.
Buyers and Creators should first attempt to resolve disputes directly through the in-platform messaging system. If direct resolution fails, either party may escalate to ThemePages Support at support@themepages.ai. ThemePages may issue partial or full refunds at its discretion.
Bookings involving illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content (including hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material involving minors, promotion of illegal drugs, or financial fraud) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation and potential account termination.
ThemePages may update these Booking Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
