Where can I find my booking receipt?
Access your booking receipts and payment history from your account.
Finding your receipt
Open Bookings, select the relevant booking, then open Payment & documents. You can also go to Profile → Payments & invoices for all buyer documents in one place.
What's included
The payment receipt shows the complete price paid, payment reference, date and booking reference. It is payment evidence, not a tax invoice.
Why there can be more than one document
ThemePages is a marketplace. The seller supplies the campaign, while ThemePages supplies the marketplace service to the seller. The seller invoice to the buyer and the ThemePages service-fee invoice to the seller therefore remain separate. A document stays in Billing review instead of being issued if required supplier, address or tax data is incomplete.
Refunds and corrections
A refund creates a separate refund receipt. Any required tax correction is issued as a separate credit note linked to the original document; ThemePages never silently rewrites an issued invoice.
