How do seller payouts work?
Understand the payout process, timing, and supported methods.
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer approves your proof of delivery (or the auto-release period expires), the payment is released to your connected Stripe account. From there, Stripe transfers funds to your bank account, typically within 2-7 business days.
Service fee and net payout
ThemePages deducts a 14.15% service fee from the published listing subtotal. The exact fee and net amount are shown before publishing and stored with the booking. Any separate reseller commission explicitly configured by the listing owner is calculated from the seller side after the ThemePages fee.
Setting up your payout method
During onboarding, you set up a Stripe Connect account. Make sure your bank details are accurate. You can update your payout information in Stripe's dashboard at any time.
Payout currency
ThemePages prices, charges, balances and seller payouts are processed in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion when settling to a non-USD account.
