How cancellations work
Review cancellation policies and what to expect when you cancel.
Cancelling before payment
If a booking hasn't been paid yet, both parties can cancel without any consequences. Simply reject or withdraw the booking request.
Cancelling after payment
If payment has been made but the campaign hasn't started, a refund may be available. The escrow system holds your funds, so no money has been transferred to the seller yet.
Seller cancellation
If a seller cancels after accepting, the buyer receives a full refund. Frequent cancellations by sellers may affect their visibility and search ranking.
