Respect and professionalism
All users are expected to communicate respectfully and act professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in account suspension.
Honest representation
Sellers must accurately represent their social media accounts and analytics. Buyers must provide truthful campaign information. Misrepresentation can lead to account termination.
Content moderation
All campaigns are reviewed through our automated moderation system that checks for prohibited content including adult material, illegal goods, hate speech, and misleading claims.
Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited: fake followers or engagement, off-platform payments, sharing personal contact information in campaigns, spam, and any illegal activity.
