Find payout statements, seller document status and accounting exports.
Where to find documents
Open Dashboard → Earnings → Documents. Sales invoices, payout statements, corrections and tax-document status are separated into clear tabs. Each order also links to its related financial documents.
Exports
Download an individual PDF, a CSV accounting ledger, a ZIP containing all available PDFs, or a generated account statement. Downloads are private and require your signed-in account.
ThemePages service fee
The payout statement reconciles the published listing subtotal, the ThemePages service fee, and the seller net payout. A separately configured reseller commission is not a ThemePages service fee and is shown separately.
Billing profile review
Complete Profile → Settings → Taxes with your legal name, address and tax details. ThemePages does not guess VAT treatment. Tax documents stay blocked until the supplier profile, invoice authorization and transaction treatment are verified.
